A graduate of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, I have twelve years experience of marketing for brand name companies in the commercial, retail and charity sectors, including the publishers Scholastic and Macmillan and the Royal Shakespeare Company. Working with million pound budgets, I have experience of the very best of what marketing can achieve, whilst my work with the charity sector ensures I have plenty of ideas for making tiny budgets work really hard to get results, with a mix of focus and creative thinking.
I have a raft of experience of all aspects of marketing including: marketing strategy; objective setting and delivery; financial modelling; advertising campaigns working together with PR; branding and market positioning; customer retention and loyalty; market research and online marketing including e-commerce.
